One hour total-body outdoor workouts that always include cardio, core and strength training.
We combine full-body strength and core-intensive moves with high-intensity intervals.
Our classes are fast paced and challenging but suitable for all fitness levels.
You will get a different workout every time but the same result--a stronger, more empowered and energized you!
We use body weight, dumbbells, sandbells, the Bosu, agility ladders, battling ropes, medicine balls and more in varying class formats.
We believe in positive motivation and small classes so we can focus on your form and accountability.
