Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps

  • One hour total-body outdoor workouts that always include cardio, core and strength training.

  • We combine full-body strength and core-intensive moves with high-intensity intervals.  

  • Our classes are fast paced and challenging but suitable for all fitness levels.

  • You will get a different workout every time but the same result--a stronger, more empowered and energized you! 

  • We use body weight, dumbbells, sandbells, the Bosu, agility ladders, battling ropes, medicine balls and more in varying class formats.  

  • You will train not only your body but your mind as well.  

  • We believe in positive motivation and small classes so we can focus on your form and accountability.

  • We are here to help you meet and surpass your goals as long as you put in the time and effort. It's "personal training" with a small, supportive group.
